Immigration clearance

Due to our arrangement with the immigration department, passengers without visas have no need to worry; we fast-track them through immigrations to acquire their visas while they relax and take a breath of the fresh Tanzanian air.

Furthermore, we escort them through immigrations channels, retrieve their bags assist them through customs luggage screening thereafter hand them over to their drivers or assist them to connect their onward flight.

Additionally, we provide terminal transfers for those connecting onward flight in different terminal.

Departures

Departure fast track Extramile airport agent will begin by contacting the contact phone number provided for the driver (if the driver contact details have been provided), prior to the passenger(s)’s arrival at the airport in order to arrange the time and meeting point.

The airport agent with passenger’s name sign will be waiting for the passenger at the designated point (Approved by the airport Authorities). weather it will be kerbside directly outside the terminal the agreed meeting point. The passenger(s) will be assisted with airline check-in formalities and expedited through immigration check point.
